Our pre-planned trip begins with the tour to UNESCO world heritage sites of Kathmandu and lakes & lives of Pokhara city. The actual walking journey starts from Nayapul and it gradually ascends to Ghorepani, Tadapani, Chhomrong and finally to destination point Annapurna Base Camp (4130M). The 360-degree view of the Annapurna mountain range from ABC would only make you feel like standing at the center of heaven.

It is a moderate level trekking trip. Anybody who is physically fit and have a courage to take some challenge would make it easily. Join us and take a chance to enjoy this Himalayan amphitheater.

Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

One of our team members welcomes you at Kathmandu airport (TIA). TIA is the only international airport in Nepal. After a brief greeting and introduction, we will drive you to hotel in a pre-arranged private vehicle. If you are already in the town, we will meet you at your hotel. At evening, there will be a welcome dinner at a typical Nepali Restaurant.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley & trek orientation

Kathmandu valley is the hometown of multiple UNESCO world heritage sites. It is filled with Hindu and Buddhist monuments and their fairytales. After breakfast in your hotel, one of our city tour experts will guide you to Boudhnath, Pashupatinath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, and Swyambhunath. Your guide will be telling you the valued stories behind each monument and how these heritages reflect religious integrity and medieval art of Nepal. At the evening, we will organize a brief orientation session which will be about the facts of tricks of trekking. Overnight in Kathmandu

Day 03: Kathmandu – Pokhara (827m): 6 - 7 hours’ drive

A comfortable tourist bus will take around 6 – 7 hours to drive to Pokhara. Along the scenic foothills, rapid rivers, rustic villages, and terraces it will be a pleasing journey. As an alternative, you can fly there (30 minutes flight). Pokhara is one of first choice easily accessible tourist destination in Nepal famous for lakes, caves and a decent cultural lifestyle. Overnight hotel.

Day 04: Drive to Nayapul, Trek to Ulleri (1960m): 1.5 hours’ drive, 4-5 hours' trek

Today is the first trekking day. Your trekking guide and crew will be ready to give you the most exciting journey ever. After breakfast drive to Nayapul (1.5 hours) and start the trekking via Birethati, a beautiful riverside village on Modi Khola. Ahead you will outlook the life of Hile village and Tikhedunga. From Tikhedunga the trail is pretty challenging uphill. We set our overnight stay in a local teahouse of Ulleri

Day 05: Ulleri – Ghorepani (2860m): 5-6 hours' trek

You will start through a gradual uphill trail with a dense rhododendron forest. The spring is amazingly colorful by the colors of rhododendron flowers. Banthati (2,210m) and Nangethanti (2430m) are two small villages on the way where you can get lunch. A couple of hours of exciting walk will take you to a big Magar village of Ghorepani, siting right in front to giant Annapurna South (7,219m). feel the purity of remote life, enjoy the view and stay overnight in a local teahouse.

Day 06: Ghorepani – Poon Hill (3210m) – Tadapani (2630m): 5-6 hours' trek

Today, you will wake up early for sunrise from Poon-Hill. Poon-Hill is one of the pinpoints to view the massive Annapurna range including Annapurna I (8091m- 10th highest in the world), Dhaulagiri (8,167m- 7th highest), Fishtail (6993m), Hiunchuli (6441m). Return back to the hotel and after breakfast proceed trekking to Tadapani village. Tadapani is about 4-5 hours walk in challenging downhill and to uphill. Overnight in a local guest house.

Day 07: Tadapani – Chhomrung (2170m): 5 hours' trek

Today is another piece of journey via downhill forest, green valley and a suspension bridge over Kimrong Khola. Chuile is an enroute village good for lunch and short rest. The big village of Chhomrong will be your final destination today. Walk around the village, enjoy the closer view of Annapurna peaks and stay overnight.

Day 10: Deurali – MBC (Fishtail Base Camp) (3700m): 4 hours' trek

Today’s destination is Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC - 3700m). This journey is all about reflecting view of snowy peaks and the rubble path with no vegetation. You will be so amazed by the life of people at the altitude. Enjoy local hospitality.

Day 14: Pokhara – Kathmandu (1338m): 6-7 hours’ drive

This is another road trip day through curling highways. Enjoy the scenic beauty en-route and on arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to a chosen hotel. At evening hang around the city in your own style. We recommend shopping around Thamel. Overnight hotel.

Day 15: Final Departure
