  1. Swayambhunath Stupa: Located at the top of the little hill inside the valley, Swyambhunath is one of the oldest and sacred religious sites for both Buddhist and Hindu. By hundreds of Buddhists’ representations and sculptures, this stupa is well decorated to give you peace of mind. This temple is also popularly known as “Monkey Temple”.
  2. Kathmandu Durbar Square: Located at the heart of the city, Kathmandu Durbar Square has become one of the most significant places with its ancient royal palace and number of temples that are dedicated to different Gods and Goddesses. The 2015’s earthquake destroyed some of those monuments and it's being renovated now. Walk around those temples and the aisles of the old palace. At sometimes we’ll get to see the living goddess - Kumari.
  3. Pashupatinath Temple: Pashupatinath temple is one of the biggest and most important religious place for all Hindus. Here you’ll get to see numerous temples, cremation place, the holy Bagmati river, colorful Sadhus and souvenir shops. Sometimes we can see the live cremation of a body.
  4. Bouddhanath Stupa: Boudhnath has a vast dome-shaped stupa that represents the mind of Buddha. This is one of the biggest and primary destinations for people who believe in Tibetan Buddhism. This area is influenced by Tibetan cultural practices where you can see multiple monasteries and Thanka shops.
